Why Are You Interested in Working With Psilocybin?

I came to this work through a long personal engagement with consciousness studies and transpersonal psychology. My doctoral research centers on how psychedelic experiences contribute to psychological well-being, particularly in neurodivergent adults. That work has only deepened my understanding of psilocybin’s value as a way to open up dimensions of self that conventional methods often can’t reach. Facilitating meaningful and healing journeys is an essential part of my calling in this work.

How Do You Approach Sessions with Clients?

I take a non-directive approach to facilitation, informed by significant training in transformational psychology and psychedelic integration. You are the one doing the inner work; I’m here to hold space and support your journey and integration process. My background and doctoral training give me a wide vocabulary for what might come up, coupled with holistic frameworks that can meet you wherever you are and help to ground and center you in your exploration. Whatever you find in the journey belongs to you. My role is to support your discoveries with compassion, curiosity, and a steady presence.

Describe Your Preparation Process

I believe in preparing clients for the journey experience with as much information as possible and careful preparation to ensure the experience is as beneficial as it can be. We talk through your hopes and intentions for the journey experience, what a meaningful outcome would look like for you, and what to expect physiologically and psychologically. If there are things from your history that are relevant, we go into them at whatever depth is useful. I also want you leaving preparation with practical grounding: what the day will look like, how dosing decisions get made, and what tools you’ll have if things get difficult.

How Do You Support Clients During Journeys?

My role during the session is to be a steady, attentive presence, not an active participant in your experience. I stay alert to what you need moment to moment. Sometimes that’s silence, sometimes it’s grounding through breath or supportive touch if we’ve agreed on that beforehand, sometimes it’s simply making sure you feel safe enough to go further into something difficult. I don’t direct the content of your journey. I protect the container it happens in, strive to anticipate your needs, and work to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout.

Describe Your Integration Process!

In my view, integration is where the lasting change actually gets cemented and insights from the experience become catalysts for enduring benefits. I treat this stage of the experience as seriously as the journey itself, because a substantial body of research shows that integration is essential to realizing the full potential of psilocybin. We typically meet within the first week after your journey to talk through what came up, in your own words, and I support you as you process your experience. From there, we look at what it means to carry those insights into daily life.

What Do You Enjoy in Your Free Time?

When I’m not supporting clients or doing my research work, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and restoring and riding vintage Italian scooters (ie, Vespas).

What are your professional interests?

I work at the intersection of transpersonal psychology and integration coaching. Clinically, I’m especially drawn to working with neurodivergent adults and those navigating challenging life transitions or seeking deeper connection to their inner values. My Master’s work in spiritual psychology centered on aligning professional life and identity to inner, spiritual calling and the cultivation of right livelihood in modern work life.
