Meet our talented and compassionate psilocybin facilitator staff. Each client works with a psilocybin facilitator during their journey
Your facilitator, or guide, works closely with you before, during and after a session.
Before- When you schedule an appointment with Space, your facilitator will reach out to schedule preparation. They will become a resource for you as you get ready for your journey. Preparation is done online.
During A Session- Your facilitator will create a safe container for you to have your journey in. They will help you get comfortable and keep your journey productive. We are professional receivers of emotion.
After A Session- Your facilitator will schedule integration with you to help you understand your journey and get the most benefit from it. At Space, the first integration session is free and after that your facilitator may charge a fee for ongoing support.
Some clients find a lot of comfort in selecting their facilitator. Click on the questions below each facilitator’s picture to read a little more about them. If you’d like to schedule an introductory call, feel free to email us at spaceportland@gmail.com

“Through one-on-one integration consultations, tailored rituals, and supported psilocybin journeys, I provide a supportive container for you to deal with your own challenges, and reconnect to your divine spark.”
My personal use of psilocybin with an experienced- dare I say magical- guide has completely transformed my life. I feel like a more whole (albeit messy) human, who has access to a sense of unconditional love, deep joy, patience, spiritual wisdom, and connection with the natural world. I feel very called to be a safe space for others as they make their own unique transformational journeys.
I have many years of experience working with people in healthcare settings at the end of life and in difficult moments.
I currently study with a group doing facilitation work under the instruction of an experienced guide. This work is such a unique mix of science, psychology, trauma awareness, mindfulness, the unconscious, somatics, spirituality, woo and so much more. Ultimately I feel called to work with those who could benefit from loving-nurturing energy.
I work under the philosophy that we already have everything we need to heal and grow within us. One of my dear teachers compares the facilitator role to acting as a “mirror to the divinity and perfection” at your core.
I enjoy getting to know everyone who crosses our threshold. I love hearing people’s stories, life philosophies, and struggles. We often do animal and archetype (Kim Krans) readings as a jumping off point for the journey.
I also will take notes and send a thoughtful email to remind you of the profundity of the experience, just as you are settling back into your normal routine. I am a safe, calm companion so that you can explore your emotional and spiritual depths. Profound gratitude for the mushrooms and rituals that can help you revisit this state are both core tenets of my practice.
Spending time with my family, being in the woods, and imperfectly engaging in creative arts.
I do a 20 minute integration for free, generally within the first week after a session.
I charge $65/hour for post-integration support after the first session.

“Issues in life may be complex and frustrating, but with compassion and exploration, deep, soul healing and a more meaningful and joyful life is possible.”
My interest in working with psilocybin stems from a belief in the potential for personal and collective healing. My journey with psilocybin has led to transformative experiences. Over the years, I have witnessed how psilocybin can open doors for more self-awareness, emotional release, and introspection for individuals. Working with psilocybin aligns with my philosophy of using earth-based medicines to reconnect to oneself and the earth.
My professional interests revolve around holistic wellness and healing through connection with others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with certifications in ecopsychology and addiction. I am continually learning but interested in the mind-body connection, wisdom traditions, the science of consciousness, and utilizing somatic practices and breath work for growth. Slowing down to honor a moment, considering the whole person with their cultural, social, and environmental context, and working with individuals’ strengths are core values that inform my work with psilocybin. I am passionate about bringing this healing modality to my community and beyond to those who are ready for this next step in their healing journey.
I am continually learning and am deeply interested in the mind-body connection, wisdom traditions, the science of consciousness, and utilizing somatic practices, energy work and breath work for growth. I am also an ordained minister, specializing in wedding ceremonies. Creating rituals to slow down and honor a moment, facilitating connection between people, and sharing love are core values that inform all of my various roles. I am passionate about bringing this healing modality to my community and beyond.
Authentically connecting with individuals and learning about you, your intentions, and how life has led you to this seek out psilocybin for healing is most important to me. I encourage clients to trust their inner wisdom and insights, empowering them to discover their own path to healing and growth. My role is to create a calm and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world safely. We will have a preparation session to practice tools to deepen your intentions and learn some skills to ride the waves of whatever arises. In this budding field there is a lot for us all still to learn about psilocybin so I encourage exploration and a curious mindset. Following the journey, we will connect again to begin the ongoing process of integrating insights, discussing social support, and developing rituals to return to lessons learned.

Following the journey, we will connect again to begin the ongoing process of integrating insights, discussing social support, and developing rituals to return to lessons learned.
Doing any of my hobbies outside makes them better! Spending time laughing with loved ones, creating art in many forms, dancing, especially with hula hoops, exploring new places in nature, reading, and playing my pan drum for my cat fills my cup.
To prepare for a journey, I typically schedule a one hour session about 1-2 weeks in advance. The focus of our session is to establish an authentic connection to increase trust, provide education about psilocybin (discussing dosage, timing, and effects), and guide flexible intention setting to to help focus the journey but avoid rigid expectations can lead to distress if not met. I will also review/teach clients distress tolerance skills and discuss potential use of supportive touch to reduce fear and risk of adverse reactions during a journey.
As part of the journey, generally I’ll do an hour -long integration within 4-5 days of a session.
For support beyond the first hour, I charge $100/hour.
My focus is creating a compassionate, safe space for individuals to ride the waves of whatever arises. I encourage clients to trust their inner wisdom and that life led them here, ready to work with mushrooms for healing. I use a non-directive approach, sitting mindfully and offering support as needed through breathwork, grounding skills and somatic awareness.

“I have dedicated most of my career to supporting people on their healing/growth journeys. First, as a trained social worker/therapist, and prior to that as an educator.
The unifying intention throughout my work has been a profound appreciation for the world, a deep love for people with all of our perfect imperfections, and a firm belief in our inner healing power and wisdom.”
Psilocybin is an incredibly powerful key that can open many long-shut doors, a potent catalyst to spark discovery, healing, and growth. Having experienced for myself and witnessed in many others this boundless potential of psilocybin, I felt drawn to this work as a logical step in my career of supporting people in their journeys of growth and healing. Previously, I’ve worked as a family therapist and also a teacher and student advocate. I believe Psilocybin can help unlock these doors, yet we, as the heroes of our journey, are the ones who take that step and do the work to achieve our goals and dreams.
In terms of professional interests, I’m most invested in supporting people to reach their goals. Whether it’s finding relief and creating lasting mental wellness, working towards self-discovery, acceptance, and direction, or exploring what the universe has to offer, I’m here to support you through it all.
The foundation for all my work with clients is the relationship. I want to learn about you as a person from a holistic perspective and allow you to get to know me so that you feel comfortable and fully supported going into a psilocybin journey. We will discuss in-depth your intentions and how to bring them to fruition. Many trainings and modalities inform my work and perspective, but ultimately I take a client-centered approach and each session and relationship is unique to the client.
In my free time, I love gardening and spending time in nature, reading, eating ice cream, and chasing my kids around.
As part of a journey I offer a one hour integration session, and usually schedule it within a week after a journey.
For additional support I charge $80/hour.

“It’s in our nature to heal. Just as, over time, our bodies mend wounds, so too do our minds process and return to joy.”
I am deeply committed to uncovering the transformative power of psilocybin and its ability to foster positive shifts in individuals’ lives. My personal exploration began when I decided to experience psilocybin myself, which turned out to be a truly enlightening journey. Witnessing its impact on my anxiety and my struggles with PTSD sparked a strong desire within me to further investigate this remarkable substance.
Since that pivotal experience, I have observed notable changes in my character. I find myself more empathetic and understanding, leading to a richer connection with others. This enhanced perspective has enabled me to be more engaged and present with my loved ones, allowing me to truly value our moments together and nurture deeper relationships. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been guiding friends through their psilocybin experiences, helping them explore their inner landscapes and facilitating meaningful personal growth.
I am passionate about sharing my experiences and insights in hopes of encouraging others to consider psilocybin as a pathway to healing and personal development. My aim is to advocate for its mindful use and to contribute to the expanding research surrounding the therapeutic possibilities of psychedelics.
I have been privileged to dedicate over half of my life to working with the special needs community, specializing in areas such as autism, speech therapy, and behavior therapy. My journey has allowed me to engage with a diverse range of individuals, including those with ADD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and Asperger’s.
In addition to my work with the special needs community, my experience extends to supporting neurodivergent individuals who may not be classified as having special needs. This diverse background has broadened my perspective and strengthened my dedication to creating inclusive spaces that enable everyone to reach their full potential.
I received my facilitator training through the Entheogen Institute in Ashland, learning about the intricacies of using psychedelics in therapy. I also received my Master’s in Cannabis Science through the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
I am a steadfast ally of the LGBT community!
In preparation for each session, I prioritize creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel safe and valued. I believe that building trust is essential, so I take the time to understand each individual’s unique background and needs. This preparation involves not only setting up the physical space to be comfortable but also mentally preparing myself to be fully present and attentive.
During the sessions, my focus is on active listening and adapting my approach to fit the specific requirements of each client. I strive to make each experience personalized and meaningful, ensuring that they feel supported as they navigate their journey. By fostering an environment of empathy and understanding, I aim to empower clients to express themselves openly and explore their paths with confidence.
In my free time, you can usually find me hanging out with my two Aussiedoodles. They’re my little buddies! I also love diving into photography and painting, which are great ways for me to express myself and connect with the beauty around me
In my approach to integration, I emphasize the importance of processing and applying the insights gained during sessions. I encourage clients to reflect on their experiences and explore how these insights can be woven into their daily lives. This often involves collaborative discussions, journaling, or creative expression, allowing them to anchor their newfound understanding and foster lasting change. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in making meaningful connections between their experiences and their ongoing personal growth.
I usually schedule free integration for a week after a session. Sometimes I’m able to meet clients in person for integration, which I enjoy.
I charge $125/hour post integration for ongoing support.

I’m excited to work with psilocybin because of the healing I have felt in myself but also witnessed in others. Observing someone find their true selves or letting a piece of themself go. There’s something powerful using it to open up new realms of understanding and healing. In creating a space where we can let go, embrace the flow, and explore our inner landscapes, I get to do my part, helping people find their own rhythm and groove in a meaningful, transformative way.
Allying with each client and creating a personalized plan is very important to me.
I have used psychedelics to deal with religious trauma in my personal life, and find a special kinship with clients dealing with spiritual issues. I have also worked with numerous veterans and hold a special space for them in my practice.
Psychedelics have been part of my life for eight years. After an extended education working on myself and helping others in the underground, I began formal facilitator education in early 2023 and became one of the first thirty licensed facilitators.
It is important to me to deeply understand where each person is coming from, and sometimes that can take a long time. It’s not unusual for preparation sessions to be emotional or introspective itself. I think that preparation is an underutilized and important part of the facilitation process. I also like to design the space to be inviting and interesting, tailored for each participant. Curating music, art, lights, and smells allow immersion into the experience.
As a non-directive psychedelic facilitator, my core philosophy is that you have your answers within you. My role is to work with to identify intentions and create a safe environment to explore them. Unlike therapy, this is a singular experience into exploration of the self. It is not my role to dictate conversation or do thought exercises but to “facilitate” the inner journey and support self discovery and healing. Our answers are within us, we just have to get out of our own way.
In my free time I can be found enjoying whatever it is I find myself doing. Which could include but is not limited to: concerts, travel, internal discovery, floating a river, or enjoying the company of loved ones.

“Psilocybin is a deeply personal experience, with many paths to tread. Let’s find out where your path leads.”
Psilocybin often induces a unitive experience—a profound feeling of connectedness with oneself and the universe. This can provide relief from the isolation many people experience in their everyday lives. The psilocybin journey is often the first inkling that a better life is possible. I find helping people through
this medium to be deeply rewarding.
I’m passionate about the diverse applications of psilocybin and its ability to positively impact both individuals and the world in myriad ways. As a person in recovery from substance use disorder, I specialize in helping those who have also chosen the path of recovery.
My services are client-centered because I believe that each individual is the expert on themselves.
Whatever your intention, I’m here to offer guidance and support tailored to your unique needs. I honor both the spiritual and materialist/scientific approach to psilocybin because I believe that the two are not mutually exclusive.
Preparation and integration are essential to having a positive outcome. Psilocybin won’t make your issues disappear; but with a bit of work, it will help you deal with them in a more constructive way. While psilocybin can be a powerful catalyst for positive change, it is not a magic bullet. Psilocybin is one potential piece of a comprehensive plan that often includes traditional therapy and a strong support network, among other components.
Spending time with my family, being in the woods, and imperfectly engaging in creative art
My role during preparation is to help you clarify your intentions and create the conditions for a safe and meaningful experience.
I usually begin by asking my clients what brought them here. Your story helps me understand your needs, values, and what you’re seeking. We’ll explore your personal history, current challenges, and goals for the session. I’ll also go over how the medicine works, how I can support you during the journey, and help determine a dosage that aligns with your specific needs. We’ll also discuss practical preparation including journaling about your intentions, mindful meditation, and getting out in nature. Sometimes I’ll have clients bring a meaningful picture or object into their session. I ask clients to abstain from drugs and alcohol for at least a week before their experience.
While I offer structure and guidance, I always follow the client’s lead. Your inner wisdom sets the course—I’m here to support that process with care and intention.
You are your own best healer. I’m here to support that process. My role during the journey is to create the container where you can do your own best inner work. I serve as the boundary that holds the space—keeping the outside world out so you can focus fully on your own process.
I offer grounding and encouragement through practices like note-taking, breathwork, and supportive touch in case the journey becomes challenging. You can use me as a sounding board, or simply rest into the space. You’re invited to be as active or as passive with me as you wish. Together we’ll create the space where real work can happen.
My free integration sessions are generally over an hour, and are usually 3-7 days after a session.
After the first session, I charge $100-200 for ongoing support on a sliding scale.

“Psilocybin is a deeply personal experience, with many paths to tread. Let’s find out where your path leads.”
I’ve had recreational experiences with psilocybin and other psychedelics in my teens and twenties – some of these were fun and some were downright scary! But my first therapeutic experience with psilocybin in my 40s was like nothing I’d experienced before. I felt a major energetic shift and could feel my body and mind releasing things they’d been clinging to for a long time. My perspectives on reality, relationships, life, and death changed for the better. Something big happened for me when I went inward with the medicine, the way it’s done therapeutically.
It was such a powerful experience that I felt compelled to continue developing a relationship with psilocybin, and to undertake training so I could share this healing experience with others.
I am an LPC Associate and cognitive behavioral hypnotherapist with a Master of Science in Psychology. I also practice reiki and breathwork and regularly engage in my own journeys with psilocybin and other plant medicines as this helps me better serve those I work with. I love learning about the different wisdom traditions, quantum physics, and alternative healing.
Born in Singapore, I lived in Perth (Australia), Sulawesi (Indonesia), London, Boston, and Hong Kong, before arriving in Portland in 2021. Before becoming a mental health worker, I was a journalist for media outlets like Al Jazeera, CNN, Harper’s Bazaar and The Wall Street Journal. I am also a biographer and a fiction writer whose stories have been published in literary magazines and anthologies in the US, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
My approach is person-centered, existential, spiritual, holistic, and culturally responsive. I specialize in life transitions, creative blocks, codependency, addiction, childlessness, conscious aging, third culture identity issues, and intergenerational, cultural, and religious trauma.
In preparation sessions, I help my client work through any anxieties they might have and assist them in getting greater clarity on why they are having their psilocybin journey. During the facilitation, I hold safe space, assist clients with grounding and guide them if they need to ride out challenging emotions and somatic experiences. I also serve as record keeper. If they wish to, my clients can download their first impressions as they come down, and I will record them so we can discuss them during our integration. In integration sessions, we work together so my clients can make sense of the insights they received on their journey and apply them to improve their lives.
Taking slow walks in nature, picnics, meditating, reading, weaving, yoga, eating good food, playing with my cats, and spending time with family and friends.
I cover all practical aspects of preparation – when to stop eating, what to wear, what to do before the journey, bring, etcetera. I will give you a general idea of what the facilitation day will look like and let you know what you can expect from me during your experience. I’ll let you know about some of the physical and psychological changes that are common during a psilocybin journey and how to deal with any uncomfortable sensations or emotions that might come up. We’ll discuss your expectations and worries, and I’ll also talk a bit about what difficult experiences might look like so you’re prepared if these do occur and know how to get through them. Then we’ll go into intention setting, where I help you get clear on your purpose for having this journey and explore your hoped-for outcomes.
It’s important to me that the space is all yours during your journey, so I do my best to be as unintrusive as possible. If I see that you are in distress, I will offer therapeutic touch, which you can decline at any time. I also offer reiki so you can request for this if you’d like some hands-on energy work. I’ll also help you write down any insights you want recorded during your journey (you can just speak them out loud) so you don’t have to break your flow. I am also always available if you need someone to talk to during or near the end of your journey.
I am happy to do a brief integration for free, and that generally takes 15-20 minutes. I recommend an hour long integration and I generally charge $120 for it.

“Psilocybin is a deeply personal experience, with many paths to tread. Let’s find out where your path leads.”
Because of its heart opening nature, the potential to grow in new ways and let go of deep wounds. Psilocybin was a missing piece in my own recovery from alcohol abuse and prolonged grief. I lost my mom at a young age and carried that grief with me well into adulthood. As I struggled to come to terms with that loss, I ultimately turned to drinking to mask the pain and run from my problems. I was introduced to psychedelics recreationally as a teenager and while helpful at times, the setting was often not appropriate and some negative experiences occurred. After a long break, I came back to psychedelics and psilocybin in particular with intention and a willingness to change. I have noticed that psilocybin has helped release my mind from rigid looping thought patterns, trauma, adverse childhood experiences and severe depression.
I feel comfortable helping clients connect with psilocybin in a variety of ways. My own personal psychedelic journey has benefitted from both large dose journeys and consistent microdosing, and I can vouch from my own experience of psilocybin’s healing potential. The large dose journeys allowed me a chance to sit with uncomfortable events and trauma that I had been pushing away, acknowledging them and ultimately diminishing their grip on my life. Journeys have helped me find peace with the loss of both of my parents now and to create a new life for myself that did not include alcohol in it. A challenge of sobriety is that life can feel a little less exciting when your substance of choice is taken away. Psilocybin has allowed me to find joy again without that crutch to lean upon. I have now been alcohol free for 9 years.
I was on anti-depressants when I decided to try microdosing instead. I felt like I wasn’t getting much benefit from what I was taking and the negative side effects were hard to bear. So I stopped and began taking microdoses almost daily. From the first few weeks I began to notice subtle changes that were hugely beneficial for me to ease anxiety, stress, depression and feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have been microdosing psilocybin consistently since but with a refined protocol as the relationship has deepened. Now I intuitively will take a microdose when these things come up, but far less frequently than when I started on this path.
I have been a resident of the Pacific Northwest for 27 years. My daily mindfulness routine is rooted in the natural beauty of Oregon and includes time spent outside, meditation, journaling and yoga to stay grounded, present in the moment and to be the best possible version of myself. I’m interested in helping others on their own healing path, I want to know what lights you up and how we can let go of those things that no longer serve you.
I have facilitated dozens of individual and group journeys and have worked with over a hundred individuals to date. I hold space with clients looking to let go of addiction, release prolonged grief, trying to find their purpose in middle age and beyond, facing terminal illness, dealing with acute trauma, and trying to reclaim their strength. I treat each individual as the unique and beautiful person they are, there is no standardized procedure. I want this to be a profound experience for you and will cater the session with the proper detail to follow through on that.
Preparation is critical to getting the most out of this experience. I will ask you to do some work beforehand and not just show up the day of the journey expecting big changes to occur. The more effort that is put into preparation will result in a much more meaningful experience that you will carry with you long after the journey has ended. That’s the goal and I want to assist you with getting to that place. So we focus on intention, what has brought you here and what are you hoping to gain from this experience? I will ask you to write about it, look within and allow yourself to be vulnerable. We will also go over what to expect, how to prepare yourself physically and emotionally, what to bring…all the details. Along the way we are developing a relationship that I want you to feel comfortable with prior to the day of the journey itself.
As a facilitator I use a non-directive, harm reduction based approach. I’m willing to meet you exactly where you are at, serving all populations and specifically those in active recovery from addiction. In these uncertain times the most profound change we can manifest is found within ourselves to touch peace. I invite you to work with me on the path to a richer, more rewarding life!
I value spending time with my family and friends, exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, traveling, mushroom foraging, drumming and seeing live music.
We focus on their intention for showing up to do this healing work. How to prepare themselves mentally and physically to allow for an optimum experience as they enter into an altered state. Quieting down the mind and coming into presence with mindfulness techniques and self-care leading up to journey day.
The mushrooms are doing the healing work. I hold the space with loving presence and safety to allow the client to attune with the mushrooms and have a deep experience. I use a non-directive approach and sit meditatively, providing support as needed.
The days following a large dose psilocybin journey are a fertile time period of heightened neuroplasticity. An opportunity to tap into what came up as well as what you may want to act upon. Perhaps some things that you are ready to finally let go of or new creative ideas to explore.
Journaling is helpful to expand upon the journey and how you want to incorporate what came through into your day to day affairs. This culminates in outergration, taking all we have learned and putting it into practice.
For complementary integration, I generally do a session within a few days of a journey, and they go for around 50 minutes.
After the first session I charge $100 for another 50 minute session

“When we remember our wholeness, we strengthen the wholeness of the community.“
Psilocybin came into my world a few years ago when I was at a very low and disconnected period in life and it brought me back to my true self. Like many who find themselves called to psychedelic healing, I reached a wall in my healing that I could not break through with other modalities. It was disheartening and a feeling I’m sure many can relate to, working so intentionally on healing yet getting stuck. You are not alone in this feeling. It was not an easy journey nor an instant “fix”, but it allowed me to break through and make incredible progress in my healing. Through my journeys and internal work thereafter, I was able to find the girl I was before life hardened me. I found gentleness, peace, stillness, curiosity, and compassion for myself that has continued to stay with me. Psilocybin made such a profound impact on my life that I knew I wanted to take my skills and training in psychology, clinical research, and social work and contribute to sharing this powerful healing tool.
I honor the sacred traditions of those who came before me and hold deep gratitude and respect for the cultures that have passed down their wisdom of sacred plants through the generations, committing myself to carry this knowledge and tradition with care and humility.
My work focuses on human development and connection. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and public health policy from New York University and I have worked in clinical research ranging from maternal health, child development, trauma, neurodivergence, memories, and emotions. I welcome all clients, with a focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
My focus during your session is to create a safe, calm, and grounded environment where you feel supported at every stage. This is your time, and my role is to hold space for you as you explore your inner world. I will be there to support you through whatever emotions or experiences may arise, offering steadiness and care so you don’t feel alone in the process.
I deeply honor the strength and courage it takes to step into this kind of work. You are showing up for yourself in a powerful way, and I want you to feel not only safe but also respected, informed, and fully involved in your experience. Your boundaries and needs are important and will always be upheld.
My intention is for you to know, without question, that you are seen, heard, and supported. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect, while giving you the freedom and space to move through your journey in the way that feels right for you.
I love books in all forms and genres! Everything from non-fiction, lit fic, essays, historical fiction and fantasy worlds. Art is a big passion of mine as well and sometimes this looks like finding a new craft to get my hands messy in and other times my art is meditative and calm. I love working with any medium and it really encourages me to get comfortable with the process and imperfection. As a transplant from the east coast, I have also loved all the access to nature and feel restored through walking, hiking, and spending time near the water.
Within prep we have two parts: logistics and intention-setting. A week or two before your session, we will cover in detail the steps to take prior to the day of your journey, what the day of will look like, establishing your dosage, things you might feel or experience, and tools for how to navigate processing the journey once it is over. Getting familiar with the logistics allows the mind to be more at ease and for you to feel safe, though it is completely normal to still feel some nervousness or anxiety – we are human after all. Once logistics and expectations are covered, then it’s time to dive further into your “why” aka your intentions behind the journey. Having some clarity on what you hope to get out of your experience or explore in your journey can help you hone in on what is important to you and why you are feeling called to psilocybin. We create flexible intentions but also set the expectation that the journey will ultimately take you where you need to go and to trust the mushrooms, the process, and yourself.
During your journey, my role is to ensure safety, comfort, and a space free of judgement or shame. This is your experience and together we’ll shape it to meet your needs. Whether that means beginning or ending with meditation, breathwork, pulling oracle cards, making art, or sitting in stillness – I am here to support you. My intention is to create an experience that reflects who you are and draws on the tools that help you feel prepared, safe, and grounded.
Integration is where so much of the healing can exist. While psilocybin opens the door to curiosity and inquiry, integration allows you to make that applicable and turn it into healing and growth. My role is to listen, reflect, and help clients process out loud. During integration we can also highlight some thoughts and ideas that you want to journal about further, meditate on, or explore further in therapy.
As part of your experience, I offer a 20-minute integration call within a week after your journey.
If you’d like to further explore and expand upon your journey I offer additional sessions at $100/hour with a sliding scale.

“When we remember our wholeness, we strengthen the wholeness of the community.“
Every session begins with relationship and consent. My approach is calm, structured, and spacious. Clients know what to expect: the flow of the day, the choices available to them, and how to ask for support; so that safety becomes a shared agreement rather than a rule imposed from outside.
Once the journey begins, I hold a steady, grounded presence and let the process unfold. My guiding question is always, “What helps this person feel safe enough to stay with what’s happening?”
I see facilitation as partnership: I hold the container, they hold the wisdom. Together we create the conditions where their own healing intelligence can emerge.
Preparation starts with deep listening. We clarify intentions, explore what readiness looks like, and design the environment in ways that fit each person’s sensory, cultural, spiritual, and emotional needs. I offer education and simple grounding practices so clients have tools they already trust when intensity arises.
Rather than trying to control the experience, I help people orient toward it with curiosity and care, to meet whatever comes with presence instead of resistance.
During a journey, I am both anchor and witness. My focus is on co-regulation, staying attuned to subtle shifts in breath, posture, and emotion so that I can offer support only when it’s needed. Sometimes that’s silence, sometimes a reminder to breathe, sometimes consent-based touch. I remain steady so clients can safely surrender to their own process.
The heart of this work is trust: trusting the medicine, trusting the facilitator, and trusting self so that healing moves at the pace that feels safer.
